SLAMMER COMIX
This 48-page story is actually the predecessor to
the ARMAGEDDONQUEST Trilogy, introducing
the character of Immanuel, 17th Incarnation of
Christ. It is also the first of the Prison Comix I
drew/wrote while working as a corrections
officer.
It was originally published as one of those half-
sized 3R Cosmix editions I produced on photocopy
machines, very limited edition (about 50 copies).
This was back in 1982. I've never tried to publish
it again because, as you can see, it's pretty raw and
I'd have to do too much work to clean it up to
professional standards. I've been planning to put it
on this home page for years, but just didn't have
time to rework all these pages, much less
color them.
But I've finally decided to just present them for
what they are-- early stuff, primitive, but bearing
a story I can still live with, and which I believe a
reader can enjoy. Especially any AQ Fans who
might still be out there.
